Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
This oven-baked Buffalo Cauliflower wings are an easy, low-carb side dish or appetizer that are perfectly spiced. They have the loved flavors of buffalo wings without the guilt and are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

medium cauliflower
cut into bite-sized pieces
½
teaspoon
garlic powder

tablespoons
olive oil

Buffalo hot sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and pour oil over top.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt then toss to coat.
Spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, tossing once.
Remove from the oven.
Spoon the buffalo sauce over the florets and toss with tongs to coat well.
Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
Notes
Serve with your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing.
