This festive, delicious Raspberry Apple Jello Salad is perfect for a holiday dinner or anytime you want something sweet but a little tart in your day. It’s so, so good!!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces box raspberry jello (regular or unsweetened based on your sugar preferences)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup all natural unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • To Double:
  • 6 ounces raspberry jello (2- 3 oz. boxes regular or unsweetened based on your sugar preferences)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups all natural unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ½ cups 12 oz frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Add jello mix to a serving bowl of choice.
  • Add boiling water and stir until mixed. (approx 2 minutes)
  • Add frozen raspberries
  • Then stir in applesauce.
  • Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set completely.
  • ENJOY!!
