Ingredients
4
bananas
approx 2 1/2 cups
1/2
cup
of liquid egg whites or 4 eggs
1/2
cup
almond butter
other nut butters will work too - sunflower seed, macadamia nut, etc
4
tablespoons
melted coconut oil or grass-fed butter
1/2
cup
almond meal flour
1
tablespoon
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
baking powder
pinch
of salt
1
scoop of protein powder
optional
1/2
cup
chopped nuts or raisins
optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Grease a loaf pan
Combine the bananas, eggs, and nut butter, and coconut oil (or butter) in a mixing bowl and mix well with a hand-mixer)
Then add in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt and mix well.
Pour your batter in greased loaf pan
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from oven and flip the bread onto a cooling rack.
Slice and ENJOY!!
