Ingredients

  • 6 - 7 lb turkey breast
  • garlic powder onion powder and pepper. (you can sprinkle any of your favorite spices that you would like, rosemary, sage, thyme are wonderful as well)

Instructions

  • place a 6 - 7 lb turkey breast in the slow cooker and add a cup of water to the bottom of the cooker.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. (you can sprinkle any of your favorite spices that you would like, rosemary, sage, thyme are wonderful as well)
  • Lift the skin and sprinkle more garlic powder, onion powder and pepper under the skin and rub to cover.
  • Cook on high for 1 hours and then reduce to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
