This sauteed brussel sprouts recipe is incredibly simple and equally delicious!

  • 1 lb bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic


  • Add oil and garlic to saute pan and cook for 1-2 mintues.
  • Add Brussel Sprouts
  • Add ¼ cup of water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes until brussel sprouts are no longer frozen.
  • Uncover and cook on medium heat until water is completely evaporated and garlic starts to get a little brown. Stir often to make sure they are evenly browned a littlE.
