Add oil and garlic to saute pan and cook for 1-2 mintues.
Add Brussel Sprouts
Add ¼ cup of water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes until brussel sprouts are no longer frozen.
Uncover and cook on medium heat until water is completely evaporated and garlic starts to get a little brown. Stir often to make sure they are evenly browned a littlE.
