Maple Roasted Pecans

These Maple Roasted Pecans are a wonderful little snack to eat alone or add to a yogurt parfait or oatmeal.

  • 1 ½ cups raw pecans halves
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and vanilla together.
  • Pour the nuts into the mixture and stir to coat thoroughly
  • Spread them out onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes
