  • 8 apples sliced thin an apple peeler/ slicer works wonders!
  • ½ cup organic coconut sugar or packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup oat flour or whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Remove the skin and core and slice apples. Or use your handy Apple Peeler if you have one)
  • Place the apples in a glass baking dish.
  • Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl. It should be crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over sliced apples.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Serve warm.
