DIY Spring Wreath with Hydrangeas

  • wire cutters
  • glue gun and glue sticks



  •  Push the flower stems through the vine wreath, spacing them evenly as I added each one.

  • Once flowers are spacing to your liking, clip the stems flush with the wreath.
  • To make sure they stay in place, add a good amount of hot glue around the stem on the front and back of the wreath so it would adhere to the wreath.

  • Feed ribbon through the top of wreath and tie in a bow to hang on front door.


If you purchase a bouquet of hydrangea stems (from the link provided), simply cut them apart and push separately through the vine wreath.
