SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE BARS

SUCH A YUMMY SNACK

These snickerdoodle cookie bars have all the flavors that we love about classic snickerdoodles in an easy bar form. No scooping or no chilling dough, just mix and bake for any occasion.

In a large mixing bowl, add   butter, both sugars and vanilla extract, mix then add eggs and beat.

Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and salt) and mix together until combined.

Add the white chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter.

Scoop the batter into prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer

In a small bowl, add the cinnamon and sugar and mix. Sprinkle mixture over the top of the batter.

Bake until edges are golden brown.

For the icing, in a small bowl, add powdered sugar and milk and stir until blended and smooth.

Remove from the oven and let them cool before adding the icing. Then cut into 15 bars and drizzle icing overtop.
