EASY  APPLE TARTS

SIMPLE MINI DESSERT

These easy apple tarts are loaded with crisp apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a buttery crust and ready in just 30 minutes!

~refrigerated pie crusts ~granny smith apple ~brown sugar   ~cinnamon ~cornstarch ~vanilla extract

Unroll the pie crusts on floured surface. cut around each pan at least 1/2 inch bigger than the pan

Gently press it into the bottom and sides of  pans and cut excess dough along the edges of pans.

Slice the apple into 1/8″ thin slices. then mix  apple slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and vanilla together

 Divide the apple mixture between each pan.

Roll out the leftover crust and cut into thin strips. Lay the strips across each pan or crate a lattice pattern if desired.

Bake at 425° F  for 15 minutes

Serve warm or  at room temperature

or top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
