CINNAMON ROLLS

BREAKFAST TREAT

These easy Cinnamon Rolls are made with a soft fluffy dough, a swirl of buttery cinnamon sugar, then baked until golden and topped with cream cheese icing for the best-tasting buns around!

For The Dough – Milk – Flour – Eggs – Butter – White Sugar – Dry Yeast – Vanilla Extract

Proof the yeast and let sit.

Mix in eggs, melted butter, vanilla and flour. 

knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth and let sit.

For the Filling – Salt – Butter – Brown Sugar – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg

Mix the cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and salt in small bowl.

Roll dough out to large rectangle. Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix overtop.

Roll the dough up tightly into a log.

Cut rolled dough into 1 inch discs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

For Cream Cheese Icing – Cream Cheese – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Heavy Cream

Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream.

Spread the icing overtop cinnamon rolls.
