BULGOGI BOWLS

DELICIOUS DISH

Bulgogi Bowls are made with thin strips of beef and seared bok choy served over rice and then drizzled with a lightly spiced soy tahini sauce! It’s easy, fresh, and the perfect anytime dinner recipe!

Ingredients – White Rice – Bok Choy

For the Bulgogi – Sirloin Steak – Soy Sauce – Brown Sugar – Rice Vinegar – Garlic – Ginger – Olive Oil

For the Soy-Tahini Sauce – Soy Sauce – Tahini – Sesame Oil – Sriracha Sauce – Sesame Seeds

Marinate sliced steak in medium bowl at room temp for 20 minutes.

Make sauce by adding ingredients to a small bowl to mix.

Add beef and marinade to  hot skillet until liquid has evaporated.

In clean skillet, sear bok choy cut side down for 2-3 minutes until crisp and browned then flip.
