This easy coleslaw recipe is a classic favorite for summer cookouts. It’s like KFC coleslaw with finely shredded cabbage in a homemade dressing that’s creamy, tangy, but not too sweet.

Cut the cabbage into quarters and slice out the core and put into a processor.

Shred the cabbage in the food processor until finely chopped.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, and vinegar.

Add the chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, grated onion, salt, and pepper into the bowl and stir together.
