POWDERED SUGAR DONUTS

THE PERFECT TREAT

A classic breakfast treat, these baked powdered sugar donuts are soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! They’re easy to make with simple ingredients and no frying required.

In a medium bowl, add the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.

In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and toss to blend.

Pour the donut batter into a large piping bag and fill donut pan with batter.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes then place donuts on a wire cooling rack.

While the donuts are still a little warm and place each donut in the sugar and coat both sides well.
