EASY CHRISTMAS FUDGE

NO BAKE DESSERT

Homemade Christmas Fudge is an easy, creamy, sweet treat to make for the holiday season!

– white chocolate chips – sweetened condensed milk – butter – peppermint extract – green food coloring – red food coloring – holiday sprinkles

Line an 8×8-inch square pan completely with parchment paper, covering the bottom and all sides completely n a large microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and peppermint extract.extract microwave for 30 seconds. 

Then stir and then heat for an additional 30 seconds and stir again.

Place ½ cup of fudge mixture in a small bowl and add a 3-4 drops of red food coloring then stir to combine.  It will be thick so work quickly. Repeat with green food coloring. 

Using a spoon, spread dollops, of each of the colors, all around the prepared pan . Then swirl with a knife.

Top with festive sprinkles if desired. Place in the refrigerator and for at least 2 hours

Lift  fudge out by the parchment paper and cut with a sharp knife.

VARIATIONS 1. Swap the peppermint extract for mint extract or vanilla extract. 2. Top with crushed candy canes or peppermint candies. 3. Swap the white chocolate chips for milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
