CRANBERRY PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins cross the gap between the fall and the winter holidays. They are moist fluffy muffins that are perfect for both Thanksgiving dessert and Christmas brunch!

In medium bowl, add milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix.

Add the flour and baking powder to wet ingredients then mix.

Mix in the dried cranberries.

Use a cookie scoop to fill the muffin cups.

Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown then transfer to wire rack to cool.
