olive oil poblano or green pepper  onion garlic  chili powder cumin dried oregano  paprika chicken broth black beans  can tomatoes chicken

Add the olive oil,  onion and poblano and cook for  4 minutes.  Then add spices

add the chicken broth, drained black beans, roasted tomatoes

add  chicken breasts and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.

Natural release for 5 minutes then release pressure and shred chicken
