PEACH COBBLER

DELICIOUS DESSERT

Fresh sweet peaches never tasted so good than in this easy peach cobbler recipe! A delicious combination of fresh peach slices, warm cinnamon and a golden brown homemade topping paired with ice cream!

For the Peach Layer – Sliced Fresh Peaches – White Sugar – Cornstarch – Ground Cinnamon

For the Cobbler Topping – Flour – White Sugar – Baking Powder – Cold Butter – Milk – Vanilla Extract – Coarse Sugar

In a large mixing bowl, add  sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon then mix.

In a separate medium bowl, add dry ingredients for cobbler topping.

Work in butter then add milk and vanilla mixture.

Remove peaches from juice, place evenly in prepared baking dish and top with cobbler topping.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until peach filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream or eat it plain.
