LEMON MERINGUES

TASTY TREAT

Lemon Meringues are light and airy with a slightly crispy outside and soft inside. They’re made from whipped egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, and lemon extract are a delightful summer treat!

– Egg Whites – Cream of Tartar – White Sugar – Lemon Zest – Lemon Extract – Yellow Food Coloring

Place egg whites in large bowl and beat.

Add sugar and beat, blend in lemon zest and extract until combined.

To add yellow streaks, paint 4 lines with yellow food coloring in piping bag.

Pipe meringues onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake.
