MEXICAN  FLAN

DELICIOUS DESSERT

We’re bringing a bit of Latin America custard to your table with a smooth and creamy flan recipe that’s made with a few simple ingredients including eggs, vanilla, milk, and a homemade caramel sauce!

Heat sugar in pan over medium heat until it melts and begins to caramelize.

Once melted, divide the caramel sauce evenly into molds.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs by hand. Then add  whole milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.

Pour the custard mixture evenly into each mold.

Bake at 325° F for 45-55 minutes, then chill for 2 hours before serving.
