PUMPKIN OATMEAL MUFFINS

DELICIOUS TREATS

Soft and spiced pumpkin oatmeal muffins are made with simple ingredients and topped with a buttery streusel, these fluffy muffins are perfect to grab for an easy breakfast or snacking all season long!

For the Muffins – Flour – Old Fashioned Oats – Baking Powder – Pumpkin Pie Spice – Salt – Pumpkin Puree – Brown Sugar – Whole Milk – Vegetable Oil – Eggs – Vanilla Extract For the Streusel Topping – Old Fashioned Oats – Flour – Brown Sugar – Cinnamon – Butter

In medium mixing bowl, add rolled oats, flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt then mix.

In large bowl, add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.

Fill prepared muffin tin with muffin batter in each cup.

In small bowl, add flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine then add butter.

Sprinkle an even amount of streusel overtop each muffin then bake at 375°F for 18-22 minutes.

Let cool on cooling rack once out of the oven.
