CLASSIC TREAT!

butter brown sugar egg vanilla extract all purpose flour baking soda mini marshmallows chocolate chips graham crackers

Beat together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.

Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Then add flour and baking soda. Beat until flour is mixed in

Add in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers

Gently stir, trying not to break the crackers too much

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill so that the dough will not spread too much. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!

Then scoop 1 ½ tablespoon balls of dough onto lined baking sheet 2 inches apart

Bake at 375° F for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the tray for 10 minutes or until room temperature.

Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
