Homemade Chimichurri Sauce is a wonderful Argentinian sauce to use on any meat or fish for a fresh and healthy addition that bursts with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide into containers. Some for using as a sauce and some for marinating your meat of choice.
