In a medium pot, add the butter, sugars, milk and cocoa powder,
Heat over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes until it comes to a boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the oatmeal, nutella and vanilla.
Mix well until all oats are coated completely.
Using a cookie scoop, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheets.
Place the cookies set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow them to set.
