A delicious and easy side dish for so many dinners, these air fryer potatoes are seasoned with a simple seasoning blend of thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Ready in 15 minutes and so perfectly crispy every time.
Dice the potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them in a large bowl.
2 pounds baby potatoes
Add the oil and spices and toss to coat completely.
4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons dry thyme, 2 teaspoons dry rosemary, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400° F and place the diced potatoes in the basket in a single layer. (cook in batches if your air fryer basket is smaller).
Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Add time to get to desired crispiness.
I like to place the potatoes on a wire cooling rack instead of placing them in a bowl when I take them out of the air fryer so they stay crispy.
Notes
Use different spices like garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning.Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
