These cottage cheese chips are a great low-carb snack that are made with just cottage cheese (and any favorite seasoning you'd like to top them with) and then simply baked until crispy and golden.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2 cups cottage cheese
Drain the cottage cheese to remove excess moisture.
Scoop 1 - 1/1/2 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto the lined cookie sheet and gently flatten with the back of the scoop or spoon.
Sprinkle with seasoning like everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, or Italian seasoning.
