This homemade Lemon Aioli, made with mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, and a hint of honey mustard, is perfect way to jazz up many meals. Whether you're dipping fries or drizzling it over grilled chicken, fish, veggies, or a spread for sandwiches, this sauce is one of my household favorites!

Notes
For more lemon flavor, add a little more zest.To sweeten it, add a little more honey mustard. To balance the sweetness and flavors, add a little more salt as needed. To thin the sauce, add in ½ teaspoon of lemon juice or water.Use vegan or dairy-free mayo for vegan aioli.Add 2-3 more garlic cloves if you're a garlic lover.Fresh herbs are highly recommended but you can use dry herbs if you’re in a pinch. It will take less than fresh herbs so start with one teaspoon of each then taste and add more if needed.Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container like a mason jar with lid for up to 5 days.
