Mix the almond meal flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2 Cups almond Meal Flour, 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 2 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt
Mix the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup and molasses in a separate bowl.
½ cup creamy almond butter, ¾ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon molasses, ¼ cup coconut oil, 1 ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Be careful not to over mix.
Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter.
Scoop a tablespoon of dough onto the parchment paper.
Bake for 11 - 13 minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet for a minute or so and then transfer to a cooling rack.
Notes
If you use coconut oil be sure to just melt it not "heat" it too much. (maybe 30 seconds in the microwave) If it does get too hot, let it cool a little before mixing other ingredients in.
