Chicken salad with grapes is fun twist on a classic chicken salad recipe. It is made with chunks of chicken, crisp apples and celery, juicy grapes, dried cranberries, and walnuts tossed in a creamy sweet and tangy dressing!
In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, apples, grapes, celery, and dried cranberries walnuts.
2 cups chicken, 1 medium red apple, 1 cup red grapes, ½ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup walnuts, 2 stalks celery
In a small mixing bowl, add the dressing ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
¼ cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pour the dressing over the ingredient in the other bowl and gently stir until they are all coated well.
Place the chicken salad in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes if you have time for the flavors to meld together.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.I used a rotisserie chicken in this recipe but any baked or boiled boneless, skinless chicken breasts is perfect too.Swap the cranberries for raisins.Use green grapes if you'd like.Use a dairy free yogurt if desired. or mayo or a combination of ½ mayo and ½ plain yogurt.Use it in a wrap, bulky roll, croissant, favorite sandwich bread, on a bed of romaine lettuce, lettuce wrap or on its own with crackers or pita chips.
