Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
These baked
cinnamon tortilla chips
are the perfect sweet snack to eat plain or for dipping in a dessert dip! Coated in buttery cinnamon sugar, they are light and crispy and easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
6-8

flour tortillas
¼
cup
butter
unsalted, melted
½
cup
granulated sugar

tablespoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place the butter in a small microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 15 seconds. Then stir and heat for additional 15 seconds until melted.

In a separate small bowl, add the granulated sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
½ cup granulated sugar,
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Lay tortillas out on a cutting board and cut shapes with cookie cutters or use pizza cutter or sharp knife and cut tortilla into small triangles.
6-8 medium flour tortillas
Place them on the lined baking sheet.
Brush with butter first and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake for 8 minutes.
Then flip the tortillas over and lightly brush with butter on this side as well and sprinkle with additinoal with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 7-8 mins until crisp.
Remove and let cool for 5-10 mins
Serve with a dessert dip or eat as is.
