These buffalo chicken sliders are an easy appetizer to make with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese and ranch dressing all in soft Hawaiian rolls. They are a favorite for any party or game day get together.
¼cupbuffalo sauceI like Frank’s Red Hot Regular buffalo sauce
¼cupranch dressing
3tablespoonsranch dressing mixdivided
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F
In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and all but a teaspoon of the dry ranch dressing mix in a large bowl until evenly coated.
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast, ¼ cup buffalo sauce, ¼ cup ranch dressing, 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Using a bread knife, slice the entire roll in half horizontally. do not separate them individually.
12 ounce package Hawaiian sweet rolls
Lay the bottom half with the cut-side facing up into a casserole dish or on a baking sheet. (you can lightly grease the pan if you like with cooking spray).
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half.
Next, spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.
Then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and carefully place the tops of the rolls on top.
Brush the butter on the roll tops and sprinkle with the remaining dry ranch mix.
2 tablespoons butter
Place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops are brown and the cheese has melted.
Remove from oven, slice into 12 sliders and serve immediately.
