Ingredients

asparagus
2
cloves
minced garlic

tablespoon
coconut oil or olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the asparagus pieces.
Place the asparagus in a glass dish or baking sheet.
Coat asparagus with the oil, garlic and pepper and toss to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
