This simple baked cabbage is ridiculously amazing. The coconut oil, garlic and pepper crisp nicely for a wonderful new way to make a healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil or olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Slice the head of cabbage into 1 inch round slices.
  • Mix the oil, garlic and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
  • Place the cabbage on the baking sheet and pour the oil mixture over each round evenly.
  • Use the spoon to spread it around a little
  • Bake for 20-25 dregrees
