Simple Baked Cabbage
This simple baked cabbage is ridiculously amazing. The coconut oil, garlic and pepper crisp nicely for a wonderful new way to make a healthy side dish.
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil or olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice the head of cabbage into 1 inch round slices.
Mix the oil, garlic and pepper together in a bowl.
Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
Place the cabbage on the baking sheet and pour the oil mixture over each round evenly.
Use the spoon to spread it around a little
Bake for 20-25 dregrees
