Ingredients

or 2 heads of cauliflower
1
Tablespoon
Coconut oil or olive oil for drizzling
2-4
cloves
of garlic
minced
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut off the cauliflower stems.
Place the head cut-side down and slice into ½ inch thick "steaks".
Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic and pepper.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once after the first 10 minutes.
