Cauliflower Rice Pilaf
This easy Cauliflower Rice Pilaf recipe is a great healthy addition to any meal. You won’t believe how wonderful this simple recipe is.
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
Put the chopped cauliflower in the food processor and pulse for about a minute. I did this in 2 batches.
Heat the coconut oil in a large saute pan.
Add the onion and garlic and saute for about 10 minutes.
Add the cauliflower and saute for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Remove and serve immediately!
