INGREDIENTS

Add protein powder, egg and baking powder to a small bowl. Add enough water to get to desired consistency.

Pour batter into preheated waffle iron and cook for recommended time per your manufacturer's suggestion.

Mine cooks perfect in 3 minutes! Ready to top with fruit, etc.

Don't add too much water as it can cause the batter to overflow in the waffle iron
