This is seriously one of those “where has this been” moments in my life! The discovery of this super simple healthy homemade strawberry ice cream is a game changer. Just 3 ingredients and about 2 minutes AND no sugar!

My daughter made it for me for my Valentine’s Day dessert. Sweet thang! (She knows I am training hard right now and eating very clean) I am forever hooked!

You can also substitute 1 Tablespoon of honey for the banana if you’d like.  But the banana does make it oh so much creamier. I try to keep overripe bananas in the freezer for smoothies and, now, for this little treat.

I make this before dinner and stick it in the freezer for dessert. I always use frozen strawberries with the frozen banana. It turns out great and it’s easy and healthy!
