1. Add a bed of arugula under the peaches.
2. Add prosciutto
3. Sprinkle some roasted pistachios or almond slivers over top.
4. Add thinly sliced red onion, green onions or a shallot.
5. Add a few sliced cherry tomatoes

Ingredients Needed To Make This Recipe
The complete list of ingredients with amounts are listed in the full recipe card below.
- Fresh peaches – Use ripe peaches that are still slightly firm so the slices hold their shape better. I like to cut the slices while still on the pit then peel them away. (see my images below) Nectarines can also work too.
- Burrata cheese – Drain it and gently pat it dry with a paper towel before adding to the plate so the salad doesn't get watery. Fresh mozzarella can be used if you can't find fresh burrata, though burrata is so creamy delicious.
- Fresh basil leaves – The flavor that the basil gives this salad is impeccable.
- Balsamic glaze – I love Trader Joe’s brand. It has a richer flavor. But if you can’t find it, a drizzle of good balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinaigrette dressing will work too. You can also cook down ½ cup cup balsamic vinegar with a couple of tablespoons of honey or brown sugar in a small pot over medium heat for 10 minutes, whisking until it has thickened. Let it cool before drizzling over the salad.
- Extra virgin olive oil – I like to use a quality olive oil for wonderful flavor.
- Sea salt and black pepper
