These banana oatmeal bars are one of the simplest recipes to make for a simple treat or with coffee at breakfast.

How to Make This Banana Oat Bar Recip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9×9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
To make oat flour – Simply put the oats into a food processor or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes, stopping to stir a few times. You want it to be the consistency of flour.
Pour the oat flour into a medium bowl and add the baking soda, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Put the bananas, applesauce, honey and vanilla into the food processor or blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until blended nice and smooth.
Add this to the oat flour and stir to combine.
Add in the ½ cup of chocolate chips and stir gently to blend in.
Pour batter into greased pan (I just use a little coconut oil) and spread evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean
Cool 10-15 minutes on wire rack.
