Simple No Bake Energy Bites are a wonderful choice for a quick, healthy snack that tastes like you are indulging in a dessert.

Making easy no bake energy bites to have on hand for a easy snack another favorite of mine, especially if we are on-the-go.
They are super simple to whip up. Most of the ones I make have a base of oatmeal, an all-natural nut butter and honey or maple syrup. But, I also love to use medjool dates for sweetening too.
There are so many variations to make. You can really add in any of your favorite dried fruits and/or nuts, coconut, chia seeds, etc. Then just roll them into bite size nuggets for the perfect healthy snack.
