These Apple Oatmeal Crumb Bars are the perfect Fall dessert. They are made with simple ingredients and covered with the favorite crumb topping.

I reminded myself that little treats like these can fit perfectly into your life even when you are losing weight or training hard.  That’s the beauty of flexible dieting and tracking your macros.

I baked this batch with my favorite gluten free flour and coconut sugar but feel free to use regular flour and sugar too.

    They are so unbelievably delicious!

The Apple Oatmeal Crumb Bars look really delicious. Can they be frozen? If so do you have suggestions on how to freeze them so they stay fresh and not soggy.
