Have you ever noticed that if you put fruit out in front of your children, it will get devoured SO quick?   I love that!   Our go-to is this fruit salad with honey lime dressing, but my daughter and I made this sweet little treat and they were the biggest hit!

Simply place one white chocolate chip into the center of a raspberry and VOILA.  The perfect little snack.

These are fabulous for a Valentine’s Day Party too.

Will these last in the fridge over night? I want to make them for my class party but don’t want to wake up early to do so 🙂

Absolutely! Just make sure the raspberries are extra dry after washing them so they don’t get soggy. I usually leave them on a paper towel on the counter for just a bit to air dry completely.
