I was introduced to this amazing Raspberry Apple Jello Salad at Thanksgiving last year. Honestly, where has this been all my life?!
Everyone loved it so much that I snagged the recipe and came home and made another batch for us to eat this week with a slow cooker turkey breast . Does anyone else come home from Thanksgiving and make a turkey dinner for themselves like me? We miss leftovers!
It’s so simple to make and serve in a pretty crystal bowl. Just mix raspberry jello (your choice of sweetened or unsweetened), mix in a bag of frozen raspberries and unsweetened applesauce and refrigerate. That’s it! I chose to use the unsweetened jello to keep the carbs down.
This jello salad will make such a great addition to your Holiday menu for this year! Make it in addition to cranberry sauce. Take it to friends. Let’s just say there is kind of fight going on on who is eating it the most.

I always make it in a beautiful crystal bowl my grandma gave me for a wedding gift 30 years ago! I always think of her when I make this and it’s delicious!!
