Ingredients/shopping list
Chocolate Liqueur – I recommend reaching for Godiva chocolate liqueur. This is going to add a nice chocolate flavor, but also it is quality in flavor which will elevate the flavor. But feel free to use any favorite of yours.
Vodka – Whipped cream vodka is what I used, but you are welcome to swap it with vanilla vodka or get your hands on marshmallow vodka.
Heavy Cream – This heavy cream is going to really give you that ultra-creamy texture to the drink. You can use half-and-half if you’d like.
Ice
Chocolate Syrup – Line the rim of the martini glass with chocolate for the crackers to stick to!
Graham Crackers – Make sure to use crushed graham crackers for this easy recipe.
Marshmallows – Toasted marshmallows for garnish are optional. But it gives this drink the classic treat flavor for sure.
Variations/ Substitutions
Here are few ways to change up the Smores martini recipe if you’d like. Feel free to adjust the recipe as you see fit.
1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass and let it drip down to create a nice design inside the glass.
2. Add some marshmallows to the end of a skewer or toothpick, and use a kitchen torch or lighter to toast marshmallows to stick inside of the glass. A great option for that toasted marshmallow feature.
3. Drizzle in some toasted marshmallow syrup if you don’t want to add marshmallows to the cocktail.
4. Melt chocolate chips and dip the glass in the chocolate instead of chocolate syrup.
5. Reach for hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup.
6. Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow fluff instead of chocolate and then top with graham cracker crumbs.
7. Swap out half of the heavy cream for Irish Cream if you’d like.
