This Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin recipe is so rich and flavorful! Cooked in red wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, dry mustard rosemary which create a wonderful tangy sauce.
I don’t know about you but with Fall in the air I start getting into slow cooker mode. But who am I kidding, any time of year to perfect! It’s funny how I associate anything made in the slow cooker as comfort food.
I love being able to toss everything in first thing in the morning and have a stress free evening is much loved by little ole me. And the smells that fill the house….mmmmmm. I plan on diving into more of these healthy slow cooker recipes too.
This recipe is thanks to my great friend, Nancy, who makes the most awesome baked chicken wings with this sauce/marinade. I have baked skinless chicken thighs with it too. I can’t tell you enough how fabulous the flavor is! (It is a tangy vinegar sauce.)
I decided to cook a pork tenderloin in the sauce this week and, wow, it is simply amazing!! It will literally fall apart. I had to be extra careful lifting it out so I could try to take a pretty picture. 🙂
I served it with this yummy Cauliflower Rice and Roasted Asparagus the night I made it. It is also great with mashed or roasted potatoes!

This sounds really good! The last time I made pork tenderloin, I used the meat for paninis. Of course the recipe and pictures is still sitting on my computer not my blog! LOL I like the flavors you’ve got going here…I think I am going to have to add this to our dinner lineup! Thanks for sharing it with us at Foodie Fridays!

I love putting a pork roast in the crockpot because it comes out so tender. Now I’ll have to try your sauce …..it looks like such a good combination!
