Easy Buffalo Turkey Burgers
What makes these burgers so great is the sautéed garlic, onions, carrots, celery combined with the poultry seasoning. And then of course dredging them in buffalo sauce and topping it off with your favorite cheese.
I love mine with sharp cheddar cheese but you can also use blue cheese as well. Topping with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing is amazing too!

How to Store Leftovers
Refrigerate – Place cooled leftover burgers in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Freeze – Freeze cooked and cooled burgers in a freeze bag for up to 2-3 months. You can also freeze the uncooked burgers. After sautéing the vegetables and making the patties, place parchment paper between each burger and place in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Then thaw in the refrigerator and cook as directed.
Reheat – Reheat the cooked burgers in the microwave in a microwave safe plate for 30 seconds. Be careful not to overcook as they can easily become tough. You can also reheat on stovetop in a pan with a little butter or oil over medium heat until heated through.
